3 Men, 1 Lady, 4 Charities,

1020 Miles, 10 Days...

And so the challenge was set! Innocent pub conversations can soon became reality.

James Gundry, Lee Wellington, Matt Davey and Squash Falconer supported by Ade Gundry in the Big Bike Ride nerve centre (camper van!) will be travelling from Lands End to John O’Groats on that finest of transport – the bicycle!

Using only the power (or lack of) their finely tuned bodies will provide they will cover 1020 miles – through England, Wales (England again) and Scotland.  10 days of scenic views and fresh air, a bit of rain and a few flies – not to mention a tonne of sweat, effort and determination.

The support of those at home and on the journey is what will make this a success. That and the reasons why each of the four charities have been chosen will propel us to the top of our nation.

So from here on its pasta, pasta, pasta (and those few flies) together with you, the good people of this fine land. Track us as we go, support the causes and generate as much of a following as possible.

the Causes

The Big Bike Ride will be raising money for 4 charities, with each rider representing their chosen charities.

The charities being support are:
*Macmillan Cancer Researh
*The British Heart Foundation
*Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance
*Treetops Hospice
